but Linda and I have, at last, decided to continue our Visual Dialogue. I decided that the ‘conversation’ we were having in my book had come to a conclusion so, in agreement with Linda, we are beginning anew in my journal. I have deliberately not done very much – I would like us to work, and rework the pages to build up a real visual dialogue rather than a story this time – but am open to whatever happens.

Yay – last page. With many thanks to Linda without whose encouragement I may well have stopped less than half-way through.

Having bloomed fully, the seeds return to the earth and so the cycle continues

This would be the cover:

Keeping it simple, as I wanted to with the contents, it’s stamped with lots of lizards – mainly because I like them – but also because their tails can regenerate, so they fit the theme to my mind.

Thought about the theme “Forever” and what symbols we have for eternity. Some folk think of angels. My ‘angel’ is not exactly conventional surprise, surprise – I gave him one of those lovely woolly hats ‘coz I thought it might be a bit chilly up there in the clouds:

Inevitably, for me, snake had to make appearance at some point – the very epitome of regeneration.

Wasn’t happy with this spread – felt unfinished – bit happier now the contour lines have been added:

The colours look incredibly washed-out – they are quite pale but not as much as they appear here – must be the lack of light here .
