As she grew she learned to get along in the world with the magic of faces – she learned to adapt/adopt several, so that she could choose, not always consciously, which one to wear in any given situation.  With all those different faces, inevitably, came more layers, more shell.

About Jill An artist inspired by nature in all her glorious guises and the ‘inner’ worlds I have inhabited in the past, present and future; also those of other wanderers I meet along the way.

Wonderful that you’re progressing with this. I can relate, perhaps, to a part of where the girl is coming from and how her shell developed. Great way to express it, and her many faces. Love the fabric piece, beautiful colours. x
